| 工序三：廣告傘面印刷 有幾種印刷方式可用於宣傳傘製作，其中以熱轉印及絲網印刷最為普遍。以絲網印刷為例：先用右圖的曬網機造出一張網板，再把網板固定在一個四方形的木架上，之後工人會把油漆倒到木架中，再把木架蓋在三角形廣告雨傘布上，用油掃輕掃幾下，圖案便會印在廣告傘布上。該程序可使用機械或人手完成。絲網印刷的特點是製作出的廣告雨傘圖案顏色鮮明清楚，一般印上實色的圖案或公司logo最為理想。 |
